We might just have the perfect role for you!

We are looking for a part time EBA Assistant to help support our EBA Manager.

The person who is right for this position has a keen eye for details, a passion for blogging, and loves people.

While perhaps not quite yet an expert, this person does have a solid grasp of customer service, our EBA process, and a basic understanding of product launches. This is a person dedicated to not only supporting other EBA students, but also ensuring that the experience of every student (or soon-to-be student) is top notch.

This position involves a combination of creativity, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, and it has high expectations. Of course, if you’re the person we are looking for, you’re the type who gets motivated by high expectations.

  • The main responsibility of the EBA Assistant is to ensure that our EBA students and prospects are well taken care
  • The EBA Assistant will work closely with our EBA Manager to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
  • The EBA Assistant works with other team members such as the customer service manager, copywriter, programmers, social media manager, graphic designer, etc. to make things happen.
  • The EBA Assistant reviews each blog post to make sure it is accurate and free of errors.
  • The EBA Assistant is responsible for supporting and communicating with our EBA Affiliates both during and outside of launch dates.
  • The EBA Assistant is responsible for knowing if the work being delivered is on brand and of appropriate quality.
  • The EBA Assistant is the control center for all things related to the EBA customer experience, and is the amazing first touch for all things EBA.

  • Worked in fast moving environments.
  • Worked in customer service.
  • Worked as part of a team.
  • Worked with Microsoft Office.
  • Managed or written a blog (either yours or someone else’s).

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR A PERSON WHO :

  •    Already has a lot going on and doesn’t have the time and focus needed to do a quality job.
  • Isn’t interested in providing excellent customer service, growing, and learning.
  • Is not willing to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement.
  • Wants to be front and center, rather than working in the background.

  • Has a great feel for our brand and what our customers are looking for.
  • Is resourceful.
  • Doesn’t need to have their hand held.

  • Is highly organized but moves quickly.

  • Adapts very well to changes on-the-go.
  • Is technology savvy but is willing to ask for help if needed.
  • Can handle direct feedback without getting their feelings hurt.
  • Can juggle lots of moving pieces while staying focused & collected.
